Play Hub and event data
For missing or incorrect tournament information, include your Play Hub username or player ID and the event name, store, and date.
Tips and purchases
InkBook tips are optional consumable purchases. All app features and content are available without tipping. Tips do not unlock features, content, or benefits. No physical item is included. Contact us if a purchase is not behaving as expected.

How to claim your Play Hub profile
Claiming connects your organized-play identity to InkBook so your events, matches, and statistics appear in your profile.

Start in your InkBook profile
After signing in, open Profile and tap Claim my Play Hub profile.

Find a recent Play Hub recap
Open your Ravensburger Player Profile, scroll to Event History, and choose View Recap for a recent event.

Take and upload a screenshot
Capture the event, placement, record, and opponents. Return to InkBook and tap Upload screenshot.

Confirm your match
When InkBook finds your unique profile, tap This is me - connect profile. If the first recap is not unique enough, InkBook will ask for a second event before requesting review.
Account deletion
If you need to delete your account, open Profile in InkBook, scroll to Account Admin, and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your login, InkBook profile, private notes, decks, friendships, connected identities, and private claim screenshots.
Public tournament results imported from Play Hub remain as historical records. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and ask for account deletion.
